Well, this weekend my little "mice" and I were alone at home and I took the time and the patience for preparing:
1. A plate of boiled potato, carrot, pumpkin, broccoli and delicious lentils (with a touch of cheese, of course!)
2. A soja milanesa with melted cheese (yummmmmmy) and a fresh salad of tomato, carrot, red cabbage, green olives and roasted sesame & sunflower seeds :)
It was delicious and it was worth the time spent at the kitchen :)
